Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for purchases made on eternalboard.com. All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our reseller and Merchant of Record, so refunds are issued through Paddle.

1. One-time purchases — Premium, Prime, Golden

These tiers are one-time, lifetime placements. Because a memorial page is activated and made publicly viewable immediately after payment, purchases are generally final. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days of purchase at info@eternalboard.com and we will review your request. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method.

2. Standard tier subscription

The Standard tier renews annually. You can cancel automatic renewal at any time before the next billing date by contacting us; your memorial remains active for the remainder of the period you already paid for. We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period. If you are charged for a renewal you intended to cancel and let us know within 14 days of the renewal charge, we will review the request and, where appropriate, issue a refund through Paddle.

3. How to request a refund or cancel

Email info@eternalboard.com or call (404) 483-2988, with the email address used at checkout and the memorial's square number. We aim to respond within 5 business days. You may also contact Paddle directly regarding a specific charge — see Paddle's Buyer Terms for their own refund process.

4. Duplicate or erroneous charges

If you were charged more than once for the same memorial, or charged in error, contact us and we will investigate and refund any duplicate or erroneous charge.

5. Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank or card provider — most billing issues can be resolved faster and directly through Paddle or Eternal Board.

6. Local consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory refund or cancellation rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
